Here’s my baked egg muffins recipe if anyone is interested.. :) 
You’ll Need:
Muffin tin that makes 6 muffins
Non-stick cooking spray
2 whole eggs + 1/2 cup egg whites
1 cup broccoli 
1 roma tomato 
1/4 of an onion 
1/3 of a green bell pepper
A few leafs of spinach
2% reduced fat shredded mozzarella cheese (Optional)
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees 
Spray muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray
Chop up your veggies into small pieces and place even amounts in each tin
Mix together the 2 whole eggs and egg whites, and pour an even amount on top of the veggies
Top each with a sprinkle of shredded mozzarella 
Bake for about 20 minutes (Time will vary) and enjoy :)
Optional - Top with some sliced avocado and salsa to make it even more delicious! :)

Jazzercise

I had this pre-conceived notion that jazzercise was for old ladies.

Maybe some classes are, but definitely not the one I went to today. Holy cow I got my butt kicked. But it was fun, the women are super supportive, and I have a friend to go with me.

I’ll probably start going more often now. Who knew?

Jazzercise
